When processing personal data, we use only properly selected procedures and adequate methods of data security in order to process personal data in a trustworthy and transparent manner in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) of 27 April 2016, as amended. We hereby inform you that for the purposes of: responding to your interest in our services (hereinafter “inquiry”) and the related communication, including any legal actions arising from or related to this interest, the Controller will process the following personal data to the extent provided by you as the data subject:

We would like to inform you that the above-mentioned purposes of processing represent the Controller’s legitimate interests necessary to process your inquiry and take the necessary related steps.

Furthermore, we inform you that the above-mentioned purposes of processing are related to the processing of personal data that may be necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract and may also be necessary for the performance of a contract to which you would be a party.

If no order for services/contract signing follows from your inquiry or in connection with it, personal data are processed for the above-mentioned purposes for a maximum of three (3) years from the moment they were obtained from you; for a longer period only if, considering all circumstances, it is clear that the inquiry remains relevant to you based on your communication.

Personal data are processed by the Controller; however, the following processors may also process personal data on behalf of the Controller:

  • the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed,
  • the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored,
  • the existence of the right to request rectification or erasure of personal data, the right to object,
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,
  • all available information on the source of personal data if not obtained directly from the data subject,
  • the fact that automated decision-making, including profiling, is taking place,
  • the right to rectification or completion,
  • the right to erasure,
  • the right to restriction of processing,
  • the right to data portability,
  • the right to object,
  • the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making with legal or similar effects, including profiling,
